NexusVPN is a response to the growing need for digital sovereignty in a world of increasing surveillance and restricted access. Created by a team of two highly qualified professionals — Demis Zdrozis and Patryk Koszyk — the project represents a fusion of operational, technological, analytical experience and masterful communication skills.
Demis Zdrozis
Co-founder of NexusVPN, a specialist in security operations, protection system design, and risk management. With over a decade of experience in high-risk environments — from diplomatic missions in Iraq and oil infrastructure protection in Basra, to anti-piracy operations in the waters of Africa and South Asia — he brings rare expertise.
A former NCO in the Polish Navy and longtime team leader at companies like SVS Risk Group, MNG Maritime, and Larsa Security, Demis has led complex security operations and developed custom access control and IT security systems. At the EU agency eu-LISA, he oversaw both physical and IT security in data centers, combining PHP/JS/MySQL-based systems with physical infrastructure supervision.
He holds certifications from Cisco, EASA, and the European Security Academy, along with full NATO/EU/PL security clearance. Fluent in English, Russian, and Polish, he leads system architecture, technical reliability, and international compliance at NexusVPN.
Patryk Koszyk
Co-founder and Communications Director. Educated in the UK, where he completed Advanced Highers in Art, Geography, and Physical Education — a demanding combination of creativity, analytics, and discipline.
Fluent in seven English dialects, Patryk uses his unique interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and marketing narratives across cultures. Certified by Google and Cisco in modern digital communication and networking technologies.
He not only designs NexusVPN’s brand strategy — he embodies it, driven by authenticity, ethics, and commitment. A martial arts enthusiast, he placed 3rd in the Scottish Open Knockdown Tournament at 16, competing against adult fighters from multiple disciplines. His discipline, resilience, and competitive spirit form the core of NexusVPN’s ethos.
